Reserved Play – Signup Required – All Courts

November 6 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Who: Club Members Only

Format: This session provides an opportunity for groups of players (minimum of 8 players) to reserve 2 courts to play the format of their choice.  The courts will be divided into four sections (2 courts each).

Section 1: Courts 1 & 2         Section 2: Courts 3 & 4

Section 3: Courts 5 & 6         Section 4: Courts 7 & 8

Reservations can only be made by a club member and that person is responsible for inviting the participants.  Invited players may be club members or visitors (visitors must abide by HOA visitor rules).

Out of consideration for the rest of the club, members are asked to restrict their reservations to one per week and at this time, multiple reservations may NOT be merged (to forming a larger group of courts).

Additional notes:

  • Your “Section” will be determined by your position on the registration list. First reservation: Section 1, Second reservation: Section 2 and so on.
  • This is a new concept for us all, so please be considerate, patient and reach out to the club if you have questions, concerns or recommendations.

Sign-Up: Required, through the website.

Any courts not reserved will be designated “Drop-in” play.
